Virginia's View & Simon Says Stamp Flickr Challenge

Hi everyone,
I have two cards to share with you today...the first one is for Virginia's View Challenge. We are being asked to create a shaker card. Here's mine:

To create my shaker card, I used PTI's Mega Mat Stack #3 to create the aperture and inked the background. I love Lawn Fawn's Penelope's Blossoms, and thought the arched shape would work well along the bottom. I also pulled out all of my smallest sequins and a bag of seed beads for the shaker component, and stamped the Avery Elle sentiment.

My second card is for the current Simon Says Stamp Flickr Challenge:

Barb Engler is our Hostess for the SSS Flickr challenges, and the theme is 'So Sparkly'! I used glitter paper for my SSS die cut sentiment, and sparkly sequins on an angle to add sparkle to this card. The die cut kitty is also SSS, and the sunburst inside the partial die cut aperture is from PTI.

I would also like to enter this card into this week's SSS Wednesday Challenge: All Creatures Great & Small ~

That's it for me...Thanks for stopping by, and I hope everyone has a great week ahead,

Barb, these are FABULOUS shakers! The flowers in the first are lovely; the kitty, the sparkly you and the rays are a beyond charming combination! I adore these! Now, because you've used 'little' things, especially the pretty blooms, run this over to A Blog Named Hero, where the challenge is 'Small Scale.' Such sweetness needs to be seen by as wide an audience as possible, my friend!
