CASology 5 Year Anniversary!

Hi there, blog friends! CASology is having a 5 Year Anniversary Balloon Blog Hop, and there are some amazing prizes up for grabs for this week's challenge!

I have several balloon stamps and dies, but wanted to play with my brand new MFT Heart Balloon Dies.

I blended some Peerless Watercolors for the balloons and added bows from MFT's Blueprints 26. I colored the Beach Bunny with Copic markers and embossed the sentiment from MFT's Up in the Air stamp set. Lastly, the balloon strings were stamped with Mama Elephant's Party Kit and I added a touch of Wink of Stella to her bow for some sparkle! And, that was it!

My personal CONGRATS to CASology on your 5 year anniversary! I have enjoyed every challenge, and have been honored to be your Guest Designer on a few occasions! I wish you many more years of success!

Thanks so much for stopping by,

Hello, Sweet Friend ~ You're So Sweet!

Hello there, blog friends! I'm back to share two cards I created for a few of my favorite challenges. First up is the CAS Watercolor and CAS Mix Up Challenges.

So, it's a Butterfly for CAS Watercolor and Stamping, Tissue Paper, and stenciling for CAS Mix Up!

Last week I submitted a card for both challenges, and I created a few extra panels using the Tissue Paper Technique. For this card, I used one of those panels to die cut the butterfly, and I love how it turned out! Check out Loll's video tutorial ~ It's a lot of fun and the results are amazing ~
- Stamping: Sentiment
- Tissue Paper: Butterfly
- My Choice: Stenciling

By the way, if you haven't played along in these challenges you're missing out! Loll and Bonnie always come up with the most interesting and 'challenging' ideas...Check them out!

My 2nd card is for CAS(E) This Sketch and CAS on Friday Challenges (Primary Colors):

I'm always late to the party, so this is a new set for me and I couldn't wait to ink it up...I hope it's ok that I added orange to his beak as it is not a primary color :)

I gave up Inlinkz since they switched over to a new program, so I'll be adding my products at the end of each blog post...if you have any questions, don't hesitate to let me know in the comments ~

Addicted to CAS Challenge #116

Hi there blog friends ~ It's time for another fun challenge at Addicted to CAS and this time our Code Word is 'Wheels'
Our lovely teamie Kel is our Hostess, and the fabulous Aileen Ryan is our Guest Designer ~
Happy Little Stampers is our Sponsor and Kylie is offering the winner a Gift Card for $15.00!

Don't ya just love Mama Elephant critters? I think they're so cute! These 2 are from an older set called 'Tandem Ride' and when I saw the code word I was so happy that I had this set in my stash :)
I stamped and die cut the images, colored them with Copic markers, and added the sentiment from Reverse Confetti.

We would love to have you join us for this challenge. There's lots of wonderful inspiration from my teamies, so if you have the time, drop by the ATCAS Blog

Thanks so much for stopping by, and for your sweet comments! I really appreciate it!

CAS Watercolor, CAS Mix Up, SSS Flickr Challenges

Hi there crafty friends ~ For the past few days I've been busy in my craft room and I have two cards to play along with a few favorite challenges. First up is the CAS Mix Up July Challenge: Stamping,  Tissue Paper, and Your Choice (die cutting).

I was really inspired by a few cards that Loll made using the Metallic Tissue Paper Technique on This Card. Loll also created a video tutorial showing the various ways you can try this technique on your cards and layouts Here

The theme for this month’s challenge at the CAS Watercolor July Challenge is ‘Butterfly’ so I would like to enter this card to the gallery there as well.

My second card is for the current SSS Flickr Challenge #75 for the theme "Black and White with a Splash".

I used SSS Stacking Animals for the images and MFT banner and scalloped circle.

That's it for me...Thanks so much for stopping by,
