I was in the mood for a beach day, and really wanted to create a gentle beach scene, so I watercolored the sand and water with DI's and added a few seagulls. An anchor for a nautical element and that was it ~

CASology Challenge #256 - Pizza

Hello again ~ I'm back to share a card I created for this week's challenge at CASology, and I LOVE the Cue Card:

Remember the Mario Brothers video game? My kids were obsessed with it! So, when I saw this chef from MFT he reminded me of Mario and I had to buy it :)

I colored the chef with Copic markers and stenciled the background with light gray. The sentiment is from SSS Funny Food and the glittery heart was in my stash from an old Mama Elephant Confetti die. I also created a stencil with the MFT oval shadow die and added the Wonky Stitched border for fun...and that was it!

Happy Birthday, Kylie!!!

Today is a very special post...My teamies and I have gotten together (thanks, Jaydee!) and we are posting a fun blog hop to celebrate Kylie's birthday!

With her permission, I CASE’D her design, which you can see Here. I even added some sparkle to the balloons, however, it's difficult to see on screen.

CAS on Friday Challenge #111

Hi there, blog friends! I'm playing along with the CAS on Friday Challenge and the theme for this challenge is 'Flowers' ~

I feel in love with the flowers in the MFT December Card Kit and thought it would be fun to do some Copic coloring for this card. Since this is a CAS challenge, I blended SSS Sea Glass and Audrey Blue inks and added the PTI die cut and stamped sentiment. With a stitched panel and a few clear sequins, this card was complete :)

A very Happy 4th of July to all of my U.S. friends ~ Enjoy the fireworks!
