A Few of my Favorite Things

Hello Blog Friends ~ 

Today is the last day for the Hero Arts Holiday Challenge  so I created this card for the category ‘A few of my favorite things’, which is heat embossing...I don’t know why, but watching an image transform while heat embossing it, is always magical to me!
 
So, I heat embossed the tree using Hero Arts white embossing powder on to dark green cardstock, and paired it with my sweet bird image for fun. It’s hard to see on screen, but I used my Wink of Stella pen on the swirls and snowflakes, which was stamped with soft pool ink.
I would also like to enter this card into this week’s Wednesday Challenge at Simon Says Stamp for the theme ‘Anything Goes’  and for for this week’s challenge at Addicted to Stamps and More  with the theme: ‘Holidays’.
