Merry Christmas

Hello everyone! I have 2 cards to share today.

My first card is for 3 challenges ~
- Addicted to CAS - Code Word is Snowflakes 
- CASology  The Cue Card for this week is also ‘Snowflake’!
- Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge  The theme is ‘Let it Snow’

I created a mask with my snowflakes, then added embossing paste, and since I was trying to create something elegant, I used gold embossing powder, placed gold foil cardstock along the edge and added a few gold sequins.
 
 

It’s difficult to see the snowflakes on screen - there are 2 on top and one on the bottom. Here is a close up of the bottom snowflake.





My 2nd card is for the Merry Monday Challenge  , and the theme is 'Make it With Mittens’. I just bought the SSS stamp set Big Holiday Wishes, which has a cute pair of mittens, so I thought I would join in!

    Two fabulous card Barb! Love the elegance and the texture from your embossed snowflakes and gold embellishments. Beautiful and perfect for the ATCAS snowflake challenge. This card would also be perfect for the ATS&M photo inspiration challenge.

    Your second card is so sweet ... love the color combo. Those mittens are adorable with the red hearts.

    Hi Barb. Both cards are gorgeous. The first card is just so striking with the embossing and gold. The second card is very sweet. The wee bird holding the mittens is adorable. I love the sponging around the frame. Beautifully done. Thank you so much for joining us at Merry Monday.
