Addicted to CAS Challenge - Wedding

Hi there, blog friends! Today starts a new challenge at Addicted to CAS! Vicki is our Hostess, and she is challenging everyone to create a card using the Code Word ‘Wedding’.
Our Guest Designer is the amazingly talented Elizabeth Stewart

For my card, I turned to an old fave from Papertrey Ink ~

I created a very subtle ombre effect with my inks for the word happy to match the bridal party colors, and added a touch of greenery and a sentiment. I couldn't resist the heart, a few clear sequins, and a black border!
We would love to see how the code word ‘Wedding’ inspires you! If you would like to see inspiration from the Design Team, and play along with us, come on over and check out the ATCAS Blog  ~

Thanks so much for stopping by,

Supplies:
Stamps: Papertrey Ink - Embellished Elegance
Ink: Altenew
Misc: Heart - Altenew; Sequins - Lucy's Things

  1. Barb, I’ve just returned from vacation and I scrolled through your posts while I was away. So many lovely cards.

Your cat frame card is adorable, the rainbow colors behind the gray frame really set it off.

Your sweet owls with the soft stenciling of rays behind them are so darling with the sweet pink cheeks and the hearts.
I absolutely fell in love with your bees for the twofer. Beautifully colored and they are fabulously drawn.

This wedding card is simple and impactful. The couple will be lucky to receive it.
