CASology Challenge - Week #116

I'm back to share a card for this week's challenge at CASology, and the Cue Card is 'Splatter'! When I saw the theme for this challenge, I thought back to my childhood and how much fun it was to jump into the first puddle I saw and 'splash' as hard as I could! So, I grabbed my rain boots stamp and die, and created this card: 



I created the puddle with Paper Smooches Shadow stamp set, stamped and die cut the boots, added the sentiment, and tried to position the splatters like they were the result of the splash.

    Adorable! I'l take a pair of those boots in size 7.5 (and if they come with a warm liner, all the better). An absolutely splendid take on splatter! Winner, winner on this gem!!

    I do remember the days of splashing through puddles, and you have captured it perfectly. I wish I had those pink boots, however. Now, those would have made my day back then (or even now). Thanks so much for playing along at CASology this week.

I got a weird note from someone pretending to be you, telling me that you just got back from Manilla in the Philippines and asking for money. ??? Sorry to leave a note on your blog but the note I got had a yahoo.com and a hotmail.com email on it, and I wasn't sure which one was really yours.

    Hi Barb!! I got the same email as Suzanne and Many... Could you please let us know through a blog post. If ur account is hacked, it is better to not communicate by it. Change ur passwords

    Cute card, Barb. You just brought me some sweet memories... I also loved to jump and 'splash' as hard as I could, except it wasn't just the first puddle I saw, and I still did that at my 17s :).
