Guest Designer Post for CASology Challenge #152

Hi everyone,
After winning last week's challenge, I am very excited to be a Guest Designer this week at CASology! The theme is 'Nautical'...Here is my card:



Of course I couldn't wait to play with my new PTI stamps and dies from their latest release called 'Ahoy'! I created a mask with a circle die and inked the wave pattern, then sponged the sky with SSS Sea Glass ink. I wanted the rope to look more genuine, but thought it would be one too many colors, so I kept it white and die cut the anchor with silver cardstock. I added a few seagulls and this great sentiment (love the font), and that was it!

I would like to thank Joyce for selecting my card for the win, and Melissa and the CASology team for asking me to be the Guest Designer this week...I am truly honored!

    This is just the very cutest card. I love how your scene is all contained within that circle--almost like looking out a port hole. Thanks so much for being our guest designer this week and congratulations on earning the spot.
