Bar what a fresh design and the balloons look fabulous in distress ink! I have always loved the PTI set, one of the first I ever bought! When I first looked at this I thought it was for the PTI blog hop, you should enter it!
Such a fun card Barb! I love the white clouds on the soft stone card stock and those colorful balloons are so pretty! It's fun to pull out an old one and put it to good use! Love what you've done! Happy weekend!

Love this bright and happy card. Love the look of those balloons colored with distress inks. That set was also one of my very first sets. Great fun to see it used today.

Oooh that Soft Stone background makes for a wonderful sky and really makes those balloons pop - not literally, of course :) What a great idea to go for a sky that color.
