Addicted to CAS Challenge #94

Hello there ~
It's Challenge #94 at Addicted to CAS, and I will be this week's hostess! I've chosen the Code Word 'Music', and hope you'll play along with us!
We also have an amazing Guest Designer ~ Cat Craig, and our Sponsor is Happy Little Stampers! Kylie is offering the winner a $15.00 Gift Card to the store!

Here is my first card:

I created a mask with my Cameo for the splatter, and inked it with distress inks. I added the stamped and die cut guitar, stamped the sentiment from the same set, and created some additional splatters with a brush. I think it's a great card for a teen boy :)

Here is my 2nd card:

I had this fun stamp and die set on my wishlist ever since it was released, so with some birthday gift cards, I finally ordered it...and, with a $60.00 purchase at MFT, I received the oval shadow dies. I colored the mice with Prismacolor pencils and lightly inked behind them with Sea Glass ink, then framed everything with the Inside & Out stitched rectangle.

My teammates have created some really fun cards for this challenge, so hop on over to the ATCAS Challenge Blog and take a peek! We would love to have you join us ~

Have a fun and crafty weekend,

What a delicious rainbow splatter, Barb ... and such a sweet marching band scene ... both fantastic! I've been catching up with your recent posts ... as ever, your cards are so inspiring. Congratulations on your GD spot with CASology ... you used your delicious little sailboat and seagulls ... how fun ... and fabulous! Did you get that 'great minds think alike' moment when seeing my DT card for Time Out using the happy mail dies you sent me? I sure did ... what a joy! Hugs, Anita :)

I've got the music in me, Barb ... especially now that I've been delighted by your musical-note-cards! YOU rock, that splat is fantastic! So happy you've gotten your machine up and running again! I've been admiring that Marching band for some time, aren't they just the cutest ever? LOve it, and am hearing 76 Trombones ... xx

Oh Barb, what a fun card your first one is. I love that splat -- takes me back to the college years and the rock concerts. I am not sure why exactly...but I love that card. Your mouse marching band is so darned cute too! Love them. Thanks again for asking me to GD.

Ok... How in the world did you get that SSS "I've been Spotted" thingy to pop up on the right side??? I was looking all over for that since that's my only claim to fame... lol
