I've always wanted to learn how to decorate a cake like this...Thank heaven for Pinterest :)
But, I did create a birthday card, which is on its' way ~
And, now for my disclaimer...I was smitten with a card created by my sweet and super talented blog friend Anita when she was Winnie & Walter’s “Leading Lady” back in May 2015! With her permission, I CASE’D her design, which you can see Here. I even added some sparkle to the balloons, however, it's difficult to see on screen.

Barb, what a lovely case of ANita's card and what a super birthday card for Kylie. The whitespace is fabulous and I love the diecut with the bolder 2 part sentiment.
Barb, firstly... I'm obsessed with that GORGEOUS cake.... I'm with you - when I grow up I want to be able to decorate cakes like that !
Now... on to your card. I love the CASE. The die-cut happy and the subtle colors are fabulous - especially with those wonderful balloons. A perfect card to celebrate Kylie's birthday. thank you for doing such a wonderful job with the hop

Oh my gosh, I LOVE this one!!!! You did those balloons with a stencil??!!? I love the black "Birthday" too. It really balances out the card, IMO.
Those balloons create such a bright and cheerful card! Love this and I'm sure Kylee will/did too!
