I thought it would be fun to use the large Wonky Stitched Peek-a-Boo die for my geometric shape:
For my 'Birthday' card, I used stencils to create soft clouds and sun rays for the sky and 3 different sets for the scene. I colored the images and branches with Copic markers, then popped everything up on a stone gray card base.
For my 'Feel Better' card, I decided to create a shaker ~
I started by ink blending the background with distress inks and used an NBUS set by MFT called Gill Friends for the fishes and sentiment.
A pic of both cards together for Darnell's Challenge Blog:
There is still another week to play along if you're interested...I'm sure Darnell would love to see your take on 'Geometrics' ~
Thanks so much for stopping by,Supplies:

You are the queen of adorable cards, Barb! Well done showing us how to create two different designs even when using a large die! Your wonky rectangle looks amazing as both a shaker aquarium and what appears to me to be a peek into heaven with those darling birds and butterfly at the entrance! It's the sun shafts coming in from the side and the light and beautiful coloring that does it. Amazing! By the way, I am in love with that fat little puffer fish in the bottom right of your aquarium. Is he really fat or is he seeing how long he can hold his breath without busting open, lol! This card will definitely turn someone's frown upside down!! Thank you so much for playing in Twofer Card Challenge #8! Hugs, Darnell
agree with Darnell - you are the queen of adorable cards, Barb - both cards are so cute and colorful!
OMGosh, these twofers are adorable! I love this wonky window and love the scene's you created in them. Two totally different cards using the same die, love them! Hugs, Brenda
What a fabulous shape to choose for your geometric cards, Barb ... they're adorable! The sky background for those sweet birds on branches is fantastic ... I can almost feel the heat of those sun rays warming my shoulders! Your tropical shaker is brilliant ... gorgeous turquoise blue ocean, cute little fish, all those little shaker bubbles ... and that fun sentiment ... just delicious! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Twofer! Hugs, Anita :)
Oh my goodness, Barb, these are fantastic! I may be wrong but is this a trapezoid? Whatever it is, it makes a beautiful frame for your delightful fish and birds!
Your wonky windows are totally adorable - to give us a glimpse of the cute fish in the ocean or of the sunny sky for your sweet birdies! Very creative!
Thank you so much for joining us at the Twofer!
Two adorable cards Barb!! LOVE your wonky stitched square. Your first card is the perfect little summer scene with the sunny day, a few puffy clouds in the sky and those adorable birds and butterfly. Sweet birthday card!
Your second card is also adorable with the shaker element and the adorable underwater scene. Those fishes are so cute!! This is sure to brighten someone's day! Thanks for playing along with us at Twofer Card Challenge! xx
Wonderful cards Barb. Your wonky peekaboo window is a great take on the challenge.
Using that large wonky window allowed you to make such darling scenes, Barb. The rays were a great touch with the birds and the sequins make a beautiful ocean bottom.
Now these are sweet and happy cards, Barb!! Love that Wonky die (guess what's now on my shopping list, lol!!) and it works absolutely perfectly for your cards. Your designs and coloring are both amazing, and I'm in love with those little birds. And a shaker card always makes me smile. Fabulous!! Thanks so much for joining us at the Twofer Challenge!! Bev
Oh these are just too cute, Barb! What a great die to use for the challenge and you've used it to create two amazing cards with gorgeous images!
Totally the sweetest little designs, loving the shaker version, but then who doesn't love a shaker lol.
