March CAS Stencil Challenge - Ghosting

Hi there ~
It's time for the next challenge at CAS Stencil! Julia from Create with Me is our Hostess for the month of March, and she has chosen the 'Ghosting' technique for our stencils! Our Guest Designer is Ishani who was our Top Pick for January!
I used Loll's video tutorial (listed on the challenge blog), grabbed my stencils, distress inks and Mixed Media paper and got right to work ~

I sponged the Feathered Leaves stencil with distress inks and applied the ghosting technique. While the panel dried, I die cut the poppy twice, arranged them, then added a few sparkly sequins. Lastly, I stamped the sentiment from MFT Greetings Galore...and that was it!

The challenge is open until the 24th, so you have plenty of time to join us. And, if you have never tried 'Ghosting' don't forget that there are a few videos on the Challenge Blog, which are very helpful.

Thanks so much for stopping by,

Supplies:
Stamps: MFT - Greetings Galore
Die: Memory Box - Prim Poppy
Stencil: Altenew - Feathered Leaves
Inks: Gina K. - Amalgam Ink (Black); TH Distress Inks - Peacock Feathers, Mowed Lawn, Twisted Citron
Sequins: Pretty Pink Posh

That was a great stencil choice, Barb. It looks like tall grasses blowing in the wind behind one of my favorite flower dies.
