May CAS Stencil Challenge

Hi there ~
Today starts a new challenge at the CAS Stencil Challenge. Our hostess is Sue, and she has chosen the theme for this month. For my card, I decided to go with a navy blue background and white pigment ink ~

I started by stenciling the Warp Speed pattern, then colored the images with Copic Markers. To keep my card CAS and preserve white space, I placed my focal point in the upper third of the card.

I hope you’ll check out the Challenge Blog to see the beautiful cards from my teammates and our 'Super Duper' Guest Designer, Michele Ferguson!  While you're there, check out the great video tutorials which are really helpful ~ We would love to see your take on this month's challenge!

I am also entering this card into the challenge over at Addicted to Stamps and More for their theme Clean & Simple ~

Thanks so much for stopping by,

This is adorable, Barb. The little critters are so cute and a great idea to stencil in white over a dark background, very different.

Barb, love the design of keeping your images and coloring confined to the upper third of the card. the white on blue stenciling is fabulous and your critters are adorable. Perfect card for the challenge and star wars day.

This is lovely and the little critters are so adorable, Barb! The white warp speed pattern pops against the navy blue and it's so effective. All the white space highlights the fun activities going on above.
