I have another quick post to share a card I created for this week's challenge at Merry Monday! I've never played in this challenge before, but when I heard that my super talented and really sweet friend Betty is Guest Designer this week, I just had to play along! And the challenge is to use stripes, polka dots or both on a Christmas card.
Here is my card:
As you can see, I used both. My tree was die cut with Lawn Fawn 'Let's Polka' patterned papers, and the stripes for the background were made with Lil' Inkers 'Stitches and Stripes' die. The sentiment is from MFT, and was embossed with Hero Arts gold embossing powder. The gems are also Hero Arts.

....THUD! Another jaw-dropping, awe-inspiring, breath-taken-away creation. I'm crushing over, smitten by and completely in love with this card!! The stripes, the tree, the crisp and clean layout, the embossed sentiment....recipe for AH-MAAAZING!

Cute cute doubly cute! It was the 'candy stripe'' background that initially caught my eye, Oh but then the embossed sentiment, what a fabulous choice, Love it!
