Hello again,
I'm back to share 2 cards ~
First up is a CAS card I created for this week's CASology Challenge #261 and the Cue Card is ‘Safari’
I used MFT Jungle Friends dies for the grass and giraffe and created the spots with my old punches :) The sentiment 'Stripe Greetings' is from SSS. I used Peerless Watercolors for the grass and added a few splatters for texture, and I also added clear embossing powder to the sentiment for some shine.
********************************
My 2nd card is for the current SSS Flickr Challenge and the theme is 'Splatter It' ~
I don't usually add splatters to my card, so it was fun to use them on both cards this week :)
I stamped the background with SSS Artsy Flower Parts in white EP and added distress inks. The sentiment is from the SSS 'You' stamp and die set.
So, that's it for me today...I hope everyone had a lovely weekend ~
Thanks so much for stopping by,

Love both wonderful CAS designs Barb!!
Even your subtle spattering is wonderful, Barb... it's scary, right? Can't tell you how many times I've sent splatters to the recycle bin!

That lil giraffe is adorable Barb, love the grass at his feet. Sweet card. I am blown away by your second card. I love that stamped embossed and inked background with the spatters and I love that you added white space with your panels. SO brilliant a design. I may have to case that one.
Two beauties, Barb! I love that MFT giraffe and he makes me think of my cat when she's trying to hide but half of her is sticking out from he hedge. :D Your inked background on the second card is so soft and gorgeous! Thanks for playing along with CASology this week!
Adorable and absolutely Gorgeous :-)
Love the giraffe die cut on the first card!!! Soooo cute! Fabulous take on the cue word and so CAS ! The background on the second card looks so yummy! Fabulous design! Love both, Barb!
That little giraffe couldn't get any more adorable, Barb ... he's such a cutie, set on his grassy knoll! Beautiful ombré blending over those embossed blooms ... and such wonderful delicate splatter ... seems like pollen drifting on a summer breeze! Love the tilted split panel ... it's so crisp and yummy ... and is something I almost always forget to do. It's gone in my tehniques to try/use book ... thanks for the inspiration, my friend! Hugs, Anita :)
That little giraffe is too cute and I totally adore your ink-blended card - perfect images, perfect layout and perfect ink-blending!
Darling giraffe, Barb, and I love the inking on the second card. Great idea to split the tipped top.
