CAS on Friday, Muse Challenge

Hello again ~
I'm back to share 2 cards...First up is the challenge at CAS on Friday for the theme CAS on Friday: Challenge #116 Color me Pretty (use Pencils or Markers)

I just bought this stamp set and thought the tri-square windows would work well. The backgrounds were blended with DI's and images were colored with Copic markers.

********************************

My 2nd card is for this week's challenge at Muse. Tracey McNeely is our Muse this week and she created this fabulous contemporary Christmas card:

And, here is my take on her card:

I used my favorite wreath die and kept it simple by adding just 2 sprigs of holly (watercolored) and a few gems. CAS with an elegant sentiment and that was it!

Supplies:
Stamps: MFT - Witch Way is the Candy, Hero Arts - Merry Christmas Trees (sentiment)
Dies: MFT - Witch Way is the Candy, SSS - Chisholm Wreath, Tri Square Window, Reverse Confetti - Holly
Distress Inks, Copic Markers, Gems (stash)

Have a great week ~ Thanks so much for stopping by,

The little halloween critters and pumpkins in their little windows are adorable, Barb, so wonderfully coloured ... and your wreath ... wow ... glorious white on white with just a touch of colour from the holly, berries and border ... it's a stunner! Bon semaine! Hugs, Anita :)

Two wonderful cards, Barb! Love the white on white wreath with the pop of green holly! Thanks so much for joining us at Muse this week!

These are two great cards but if I dare make a recommendation, I'd say that it misses a bit of a highlight on your wreath, because it's actually barely visible. At least on the picture, it may looks perfect in real life.

Cute, non-spooky Halloween card, Barb, and that white wreath with the softly colored holly is indeed elegant.

All are such pretty CAS cards, Barb. First card is really my favorite style and I also love how you made a white wreath with tone on tone look in your 3rd card.

Just look at your beautifully blended, and splattered background!! Have you been hanging out with Ms. Donna? Just so fantastic, Barb, and a perfect spot for your darling little spookalicious friends!
Your rendition of Tracey's Christmas Muse card is also very beautiful, very classic!

Barb both cards are festive and fun for each of their holiday's --but the wreath is my favorite.
