Hello, friends ~ Just a reminder that there is still time to link up your card for the October CAS Christmas Card Challenge. Christine is hosting this month and she has chosen ‘Christmas Birds’ for our prompt.
I started by using my new rectangle stencil (MFT) to create a soft blue background for the bird, which was die cut with white glitter cardstock. I used vellum for the twig and gold EP for the simple sentiment. Lastly, I placed the panel onto a 5x7 gold foil background...and that was it ~

Such a lovely dove card, Barb! The contrast of the sparkle of the gorgeous dove and the soft blue sponging enhances the beauty of the dove! Love that you used vellum for the twig instead of white or colored cardstock.
